Course Introduction

The word of employment has been becoming increasingly competitive over the past few years, and this trend doesn’t look set to slow. With more and more people getting into education and emerging with new, varied qualification, it is more important now than ever that employee cater the education and skill development to suit their careers.

This program has a practical focus on proving the knowledge and skills by a real estate agent. Currently, most real estate agents operate on the basis of experience with very little formal education and training to guide them in their work. This programme is intended to fill this gap. The modules in the programme provide them the necessary professional skills, knowledge and understanding to carry out their functions more efficiently and effectively

Course Objective

  • To enable graduates to apply related skills and knowledge in real estate valuation and investment, real estate management and maintenance, real estate development, real estate agency and basic real estate finance.
  • To produce graduates who are technically competent in solving problems critically, logically, creatively and analytically based on sound facts and ideas in assisting the real estate professionals.
